KnowItNow Toolbar Download and Installation Instructions for Internet Explorer

Instructions for downloading and installing the KnowItNow toolbar for Firefox are located here.

1. Click on the "Download the KnowItNow Toolbar" graphic to start.
   
2. When the file download box appears, click the Save button.
   
3. After clicking the Save button you will be prompted for a location to save the file.  We suggest that you select your Desktop or another easily accessible location.
   
4. Once you have selected a location to save the file click the Save button
   
5. Next you will see a download progress window.
   
6. Once the download is complete click the Close button.
   
7. Minimize all windows so that you can view your Desktop and locate the KINToolbar icon.
   
8. Double click the KINToolbar icon to begin the installation.
9. When the KnowItNow Toolbar installation screen appears click the install button
   
10. The installation will finish, and Internet Explorer will re-launch with the KnowItNow Toolbar installed.
